Sirrapassorn Atthayakorn (aka sammy) from Thailand, was named Miss International Queen in 2011's pageant

Though, its hard to believe that Claudia Charriez was born a man. She was kicked off American next top model and the Janice Dickinson which are modelling tv fashion shows, but she won the American Next Top Transsexual Model on the Tyra Banks show later in 2008.

Chamila Asanka is from Sri lanka, she was also a 2011 Miss International Queen pageant.
