Not to be outdone by 53-year-old pop star Madonna, who flashed her nipple at a concert in Turkey this month, the Casino star is not known to shy away from flashing her flesh on the red carpet.
Stone accessorized her bizarre top, which looked like an ordinary long-sleeved black shirt from the chest up, with a pair of slim black trousers, metallic pumps, and a white
clutch.
Just like any American tourist, Sharon was spotted earlier today taking pictures and treating her adorable son to an an ice-cream cone as they took in the Parisian sights.
The tot looked adorable in a red-and-white-striped rugby shirt and tracksuit bottoms.
Sharon meanwhile covered up her enviable figure in a black vest top and slim fit trousers.
Not seen today was her much younger model boyfriend Argentinian model Martin Mica.
The May-December pair met at a Vogue party in Brazil in April, and they were seen locking lips on a Venice Beach date earlier this month.
As well as Quinn, Sharon is also mother to Laird, seven, and Roan, 12.
However, her ex-husband, newspaper editor Phil Bronstein has primary custody of Roan, with Sharon being granted visitation rights.
In a recent interview AARP magazine, Sharon reflected on a difficult 10 years, which saw her suffering a brain haemorrhage, divorcing Phil, and losing custody of Roan.
