PHOTO:Abandoned baby found in Lagos this morning

The baby, with umbilical cord, blood..., was found abandoned around 10am this morning at Shilon Junction, Ilupeju,Lagos.The new born was abandoned near a dustbin close to the express. Unbelievably sad!
